Testimony, 1964 Trademark Lawsuit

In 1964, countering lawsuits were filed by County Creamery and Cheese & Dairy for the right to use “Tillamook” on cheese labels. The judge ruled for Cheese & Dairy, and ordered County Creamery to stop threatening to sue distributors and customers who bought Premium Brand cheese. (Credit: Oregonian, May 23, 1964)
